She was out to put somebody down. She was putting down people who still condone the use of the 'n' word when used by black comics or by emotional black people when talking to or about each other, while hypocritically categorizing the 'N' word as a taboo word. She was wrong to use the word her self. I suppose she was using it to emphasise the effect but she was wrong to do that and she has readily admitted that. She also lost her focus which she admits should have been to help the caller and which she failed at. Even so, labeling her a racist is a deliberate misrepresentation and far worse than any mistakes she made during that call.
