Yes and the religious right would argue that they do not want the government suppressing their religious freedom and free speech. The Mosque at WTC issue - I suppose that ACLU is correct on the law but I think that Mosque (congregation ?) should be sensitive to the feelings of the community and find another location.

Did you know there are already TWO actual mosques operating just as close to ground zero as the proposed unity center with a prayer room?
