In the hyperlink to the Stockman's Page, from your post #189, part of the
discussion says :-

"And it is against the Law for people to organize to beat shorters in
a concerted way. (I wonder who got that law passed...need I say.)"

I can see the logic of people wishing to call in their certificates, but
could people on this thread be subject to prosecution in light of the
above statement ? Is there a distinction between

1. Suggesting a course of action to an audience which may have an effect and
2. Coordinating and rallying people as a group towards a specific course of action ?

Just out of interest, have SI participants, or other Internet discussion group
participants, ever been charged with shenanigans ? I'm sure that things like
insider trading, misinformation and trash-talk campaigns can be even better
orchestrated on a large electronic audience.

Food for Thought ?

CORRECTION: Transfer Agent is:

American Registrar and Transfer Co.

I had "American Transfer Co." as the name, I erroneously posted the wrong one.
