And nothing has replaced it, unless you wanna sling burritos and Chipotle or run a pawn shop maybe. We wasted 5 years of recovery on economic junk food by building houses. Now we're in the inevitable diabetic coma.......

And we're making sure the hitech cures in the future (and the associated jobs) all get made in China where they don't have the following problem:

Yes, the homies are now so small that the massive tax refunds they got this year rival their market caps.

Ah well, pretty soon those abandoned homes will all be Section 8 housing, so something good will come of the whole mess.
