A thought i have been pondering--it would seem logical that the huge institutional investment groups, had a near death experience on the move to SPX500 to 666.79 and they are not within PPT control.
Be it Harvard or the California State Employees Union i suspect have a FLEE EQUITIES signal, in fact, they probably have been stuffing more and more into Bonds.
They have seen in 20/20 hindsight data that the big CONSERVATIVE turtle paced Institutionals that are bond focussed significantly out performed the RABBITS as they crashed(that being over a decade or two time frame, comparison )--point being , the California groups and the Harvards are on their guard--keep in mind Harvard FIRED the managers of their money and hired a whole new team.--so the point being i believe they will NOT be amicable to PPT desires, imo.
