I keep reading that those who want to build their monument, their mosque, at Ground Zero have the right to build there. My question who are "they' and do they have the right to do so. Are 'they' American citizens with the rights that are given to us under the Constitution and Bill of Rights. I question the 'right' until I see documentation that that right exists via the individuals who are building it. Aside from rights---------I find this just plain lacking in sensitivity to the big question of 9/11/2001. Americans are voicing their individual opposition to the building of this structure------in overwhelming numbers. This opposition is not as Nancy Pelosi declares a concerted effort to antagonize people into opposition. This is a heart felt opposition by each individual the Nancy Pelosi's of this world do not fathom. (Nancy is playing politics, and she knows it.) It has only been 9 years since the jihad act that changed the life of America---------and I do mean 'changed'. Let's go back to WWII for a moment------- Did the Japanese come to Pearl Harbor 9 years after the strike on Hawaii--on Pearl Harbor???????---to build a structure to comenorate the attack on Pearl Harbor? World War II was real------we entered because of a calculated planned attack on Hawaii on Pearl Harbor----on our Pacific Command and Control Center. America entered because of that act. America did so reluctantly until we were hit------we did so to defend ourselves and nations that were being destroyed by the Nazis. Similarly, the attack on New York, Washington, D.C. and the Pennsylvania plane were planned attacks-------direct attacks designed to destroy America. The attack on New York City and others was an Act of War much as the attack on Pearl Harbor was an Act of War. This War began on September 11,2001 and is not over. It is still in progress. Make no mistake-----not just New York City was attack, America was attack. This structure, edifice, mosque, community center is an affront to Americans-----if these people care about America, they should immediately withdraw all efforts to build the mosque at the location given. imo mj
