Thanks for the info. Never thought of using the CD as you described.

Have you used the Win 7 Imaging program? Assuming that your using Win 7.

Actually it runs in Linux from the CD, not DOS, and it also runs in Linux if you install TI Home 9 or 10 on your computer and activate the startup recovery manager (my preferred method for both versions) which allows the user to press F11 prior to booting into Windows XP, Vista, or Win7 to commence recovery.
