Gary I enjoy your posts here. Thanks. You're very informative about ASND. I have some logical obstacles, which keep me from buying into the idea that ASND will get acquired. 1. Whoever would have an interest in buying ASND would have a tough sell to thier stockholders to pay much of a premium above market. Say over $35/share. 2. What ASND shareholder would agree to anything less than $45/share? 3. One of CSCO successes in acquisitions has been to pay attention to corporate culture. It seems like Mory is a corporate culture unto himself. How do you ever integrate him into such smart/tough management as LU or CPQ? I would love to see ASND bought but there seems to be too many road blocks. Crammer said this talk is "bogus". To listen to you an aquisition is all but inevitable. I would appreciate your thoughts. swrdfsh
