This is the Section 8 subsidized housing RENT deal. It is a pretty good deal if you are poor, it amounts to FREE MONEY.

Not that big a surprise, for any one who has looked at what you can get in Section 8. Most educated or skilled employed people make far too much to qualify, so they are unaware of the program.
