Nice savings on your basement. Wish I could lick the condensation in mine. Also wishing a little I had sold some WTM a few days ago, but not upset, because even if I ride the market all the way down and eventually back with the same stocks I will not have lost anything, and missing out on the relative gain that I suspect Bruce's trade will bring won't kill me either.
