Hi EKS, sorry for the late reply. It does appear it is just low vol. Then again, high vol. for the year was 108k on the day after the offering announcement.

I had thought someone may have known that the price of the offering was coming out. I'm not very trusting that way.

I think it is a great buy here, but I own enough in my taxable account, and I don't have anything in my retirement I want to cut loose to add more there.

Seems strange to me that it will be two months next Wednesday since the announcement. I've never received a reply from my query to Janney Montgomery Scott.
