It's a brief blog post, for heaven's sake, not a treatise. Professional nutritionists offering for the benefit of their readers their expert take on the same studies and articles on which I posted my amateur take and reaching the same conclusions. Since you're so deferential towards expert authority and have so little respect for or inclination towards independent analysis, I thought you might appreciate that. <g>

The studies and articles referenced are familiar in the world of nutrition. They should be familiar to you as well since I already posted them to you upstream. And since the articles came from the LA Times rather than Fox News, I thought they would get at least grudging acknowledgment but that obviously didn't impress you. I've posted quotes straight from study conclusions that did not even give you pause. I conclude that nothing short of seeing your own pre-conceived notions presented back at you would be regarded as having any merit.
