Scooter, thanks for the response. Nothing is cast in stone and there is the constant need for vigilance and the ability to react swiftly in accordance with unexpected changes and developments, such as we have experienced of late.

In regards to the developing bull flag formation, if you go back a year or two to where Microsoft and other major performers like Intel, Dell CPQ and CSCO looked prior to embarking on their major upmoves, bull flags of varying degrees were in abundance and I remember thinking to myself, if it looks like a duck and quacks like one, treat them as such until proven otherwise. In other words grab it with both hands. Now, this time around market is a lot higher and certain negatives have been creeping in that may keep MSFT from doubling, but they may not prohibit MSFT from breaking out and moving up to say 150 for a retest of its recent highs. On the negative side I was a little shocked by the veiled arrogance displayed by MSFT in response to doj. I think they could have and should handled this situation a lot more diplomatically. As we have seen many times in recent years litigation can be a dangerous and unpredictable animal that needs to be handled very cautiously. I sense that MSFT has already fallen somewhat from its pedestal as one of the World's most admired corporations to a slightly lesser level of esteem.

Rgds
