I'm not pretending anything. I'm presenting the reality of the CBO has been creating its estimates in this area. Is it possibly they chucked all that faulty methodology and the built in assumption that government spending is good for the economy, and did a real study of the issue? I suppose it is, but I see zero evidence indicating any change. Also even if they did do a real study that would just be developing and presenting their own opinion not some unquestionable statement of absolute uncontestable fact.
