Back at you! The whole discussion helped clear my head on what these TRUP's are going to do for the banks. Back to your original point about clipping yields, it's always a good idea. That being said, we probably both realize it's never a good idea to head over the cliff at the parabolic extremes of anyone trying to buy too much of the safety trade in stuff like currencies or bonds. Those people are playing with a whole different set of agendas.
