Yes. Even if the new figure for "created or saved jobs" (something impossible to really measure) is a real estimate based on really studying the issue, rather than just assuming government spending is good for the economy (which is what they've done before), it can only be correct if we assume their previous estimates on unemployment without the stimulus are false. But if we assume their previous estimates are false, why assume this one is correct?

That implies unemployment would have been 12.5% instead of near 10% had it not been for government intervention.

How do you know it wouldn't have gone to 20% mr voodoo economist?
