I'm making no such presumption. I'm presenting an engaging arguments. You are are the one presuming. Presuming points as true or false because of either who says them, or how they agree or disagree with your ideological predispositions.

Of course even relying on such "logic", you could stumble in to the truth. Your faulty arguments don't show that your belief that the current CBO estimate is correct is wrong, merely that its unsupported, and that you have done nothing to address the contrary argument.

Until you show us some credible reason why we should invalidate the findings of the CBO

Already done. (Not quite "invalidate", the findings could possibly be correct, even a stopped clock can be right twice a day, but there is no good reason to rely on them given the CBO's faulty history in this area.)
