For all we know they proscribe all jewelry. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do that. Even if they don't, a small piece of jewelry doesn't compare to a scarf that covers the whole head. Furthermore, it seems Disney tried to accomodate her with compromises but then you liberals do want to create maximum discord, don't you.
