David, Great stuff...thanks for being on top of the situation..... This does not mean that IDX is going to get a $20 million order the day after the budget is approved......or that IDX will get any of it. The only thing that is safe to assume is that The INS is going to be spending at least $20 million in the next several months on this equipment......just on Ten-Printers. bg ps.
