First of all I appreciate you comments here a lot Spek. We have been here together a long time. Let me know what I may be missing.

Norway the country has no net debt. It is the most fiscally sound developed country, with natural resources to boot.

As for Statoil:

They have lots of cash.
They have little debt and what debt they do have is cheap.

A large global oil player based in a country with sound financial fundamentals, not a terror target and little comparable regulatory risk..I like the bet on Norway and I like the bet on oil and Statoil covers both and boasts a good trck record with upside given the above...
