Ginsberg is the next most likely to leave due to age and health problems.

After that, it's probably Scalia and Kennedy, both are 74 with no publicly known health problems.

Ginsberg has had cancer surgery twice. If the 2012 Republican Presidential candidate looks strong, she may retire enough in advance of the election to allow Obama to replace her.

Breyer is 72, but everyone else is relatively young.
