If they would simply stop interfering with the natural progression of AIDS, and use the "anti-HIV" money instead to pay the country's inhabitants to voluntarily become spayed or neutered, they may find that the population ultimately falls to a sustainable level. This business of artificially perpetuating the weak people of the world, ad infinitum, must stop. As it stands now, all they do is eat, sleep, defecate, and procreate like wild jackal. Of course, nature never intended for them to become introduced to life-extending techniques, antidotes, and substances from beyond their shores. Let them get back to nature already and trust nature to correct everything that civilization has harmed in their lives.
