Re: "Economic projections are projections, not actual results." Yes, they ARE, Tim. That is why I took great pains to carefully distinguish in all of my comments BETWEEN the two. ALWAYS referring clearly to either the GAO, CBO, Trend Macrolytics PROJECTIONS engaged by the Bush administration while they were proposing their tax and budget proposals in 2001. OR referring to the actual historical record that was laid down in the Bush two terms (which is now a matter of history and no longer projection)... even though some of the very same organizations (GAO, CBO) refer now to the factual historical record (that they once were asked to predict). :-)
