***OFF TOPIC** Lester, just to throw in another name...PRIA...they are in the fab automation business. They have won 90% of all the business they have competed for in US and Europe...they are now targeting Asia. They already have 300mm systems ready...and in 300mmm fab automation is a must due to the size of the wafers. Recently they acquired a software company and a wafer handling robot company....this gives them the tools to automate both interbay and intrabay fab...INTC is one of their biggest customers. Worth looking into IMO....my 2c. dave
