They get arrested for murder and robbery more often too. Let's legalize murder and robbery.

Ted, I'll never understand why the NAACP is officially for the legalization of drugs, or at least marijuana.

They say it's because black people get arrested more often for possession of pot than any other race, but that's stupid. They could argue for the legalization of many crimes with the same logic.


While I don't agree with the NAACP's position, I wish CA would change its 3 strikes law. Too many minor drug users get incarcerated under that law. I want WA state's version modified as well. Both states are spending a fortune on building new prisons to accomodate minor offenders.
