But revenue --- once forgone --- must either be REPLACED (by acquiring new sources of revenue for offsetting the forgone revenues, or by dynamical growth ultimately increasing revenues produced by the remaining tax structure) or else is MUST BE OFFSET by matching reductions in current outlays. Snake oil and mirrors and hot rhetoric won't work... the books must balance.
