sounds like an addon that you no longer have.

if you're using FF, go to tools/addons then Get Add-ons then search for DICT

I don't have it, am not interested in it, so you may want to check with others here before installing it.

That's not part of either OS. It's a browser addon that you forgot you installed long ago.
