South Africans tried te other way. Ending up have now to do the opposite what they did before.

New generations of white pays for the actions of their grand fathers.

They have to handover to the blacks all that they built before in a kind of affirmative action on steroids.

Black Economic Empowerment
Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) is a program launched by the South African government to redress the inequalities of Apartheid by giving previously disadvantaged groups (black Africans, Coloureds, Indians and Chinese--declared as Black in June 2008[1]--who are SA citizens) economic opportunities previously not available to them. It includes measures such as Employment Equity, skills development, ownership, management, Socioeconomic development and preferential procurement.
