the mini crash was largely attributable to INTC, which printed $16 something, tripping the circuit (10% down). It's now up 1.65%.

no doubt, many attributed to bernanke, as it was at the same time, and it was yet another reason to rationalize the drop.

he pretty much said the same old, expressing a strong desire to resist deflation, noting that everything is about cost benefit, and suggest there are more arrows in the quiver. he left 2011 GDP forecasts alone. i think it was neutral overall.
