One of a number of state laws which could go national. There are only about 10 states which have mandatory recycling. Mandatory recycling? A 5 cent tax on coke cans? LMAO.

Great idea In Oregon you can't pump your own gas as an attendant must do that for you. GREAT law and way to put some to work. Why stop there? Make it illegal to have self-checkout in stores. Also make it illegal to bag your own groceries or carry them to your car. No more self-service car washes either. Outlaw personal hand tools on the stimulus projects. No more power saws or power nailers. The possibilities are endless. Employment will rise and the economy grow again.
