Shades, you need to get an operation done on your eyes so that your eyelids are closer together and "slanted" as you put it. There's no shortage of that - I am looking at about 3,141,592 megapetatons of the stuff and it seems to be everywhere]. A truckload of it can be delivered into a desert without a lot of cost. 7 billion isn't too many people. Quality control is an issue but the Flynn Effect has seen rapid improvements. The eugenics programmes continue apace so there is rapid improvement every generation as women select only the better males to go ahead. It is a rapid process as shown by the fact that all non-Africans have the same "father" from only about 30,000 years ago and "mother" from about 90,000 years ago. All the other non-Africans were winnowed out in the struggle for survival and romance. Now, the process is even faster with billions of us being challenged each day. Back then there were not so many so the process was slower with vastly fewer mix and match DNA experimental opportunities. Things are looking great and getting greater. We need more people.
