any old fool who played tech stocks in the 18 months leading up to jan 2000 did a whole let better than you have in your 18 months!

i know a guy who pulled in a cool half million in 12 months. he lost a cool half million in the next year and is still deducting his losses.

what is your point?

btw, i'm doing fine, thank you. i'm not taking big risks, so i'm not locking big rewards... or setting myself up to be wiped out.

but i am keeping up on economic information... which you obviously are not.

again, you timing was impeccable - shilling for real estate as the worst data in half a century was released in the context of the lowest interest rates in that time frame.

again, keep buying up real estate and holding it...

maybe you are that good and can make money as the economy craters... or maybe you live in a dream world.
