i attended a great high school next to an ivy league college, was straight f (except for reading faust in its original language and secured straight a+ in independent german language studies because fellowette student miss ursula had big ones and wore translucent shirt) up until half way through 10th grade, then proceeded to do straight a+ in all subjects and advanced placement in all math and sciences, averaging out highschool gpa at C-.

I am pretty sure the also fabulous high school did %#$@-all for my education. and in same way, what player 3 spoke about re palo alto may be an artifact

in other words, want boys to have great grades? stack the class with really smart girls sporting big ones and wearing translucent shirts.

US cleverness was attracting the brightest and give them the opportunity.

Afterall you don't need an army of PhD's to develop a country to highest standard.

You need a bus load only.
