SSL WARRANTS VS STOCK. The warrants give us a better performance starting at SSL=$2.00 but they really pay if (or should i say 'after') the stock hits c$4.00 or 5.00.

starting from stock at 70 cents and warrants at 40 cents:

AT SSL = C$2.00

the stock shows us a C$1.30 gain, which is 186 percent ROI. The warrants have an intrinsic value of C$1.39 for a gain of 98 cents, and a return on investment of 243 percent. At this level, we have made more on the warrants, yes, but considering the risk, i question whether we have made enough more....

BUT....

AT SSL = $5.00

the stock shows a $4.30 gain which is ~600 percent. the warrants show a gain of $3.96 apiece (intrinsic value minus purchase price). That represents a return on investment of nearly 1000 percent.

AT SSL = $15.00, I buy a villa on the Amalfi coast of Italy with the proceeds. a decent villa that does not need any work and is close to town.
