alan; they lack the force to act across borders and sieze assets on non co-operating offshore havens. Taking bresea $ and giving a few cents per share to each SH will not be a hill of beans to most who are losers in the $15 range.The lawyers want it as they will get 33% as a lump fee of the $26M in the kitty. To hell with the lawyers. Better let the company work under the SH control. Bill
