Dennis & Victor - Thanks for getting back on my message regarding the signal message of 10/24 & 10/27. Keep in mind, however, that the e-mail & fax subscribers received the entire 10/24 issue on Saturday, 10/25, but the First Class Mail subscribers can only receive my weekend summary & the top ratings from the 10/24 issue by calling the telephone hotline. That message remains active on the answering machine until it is replaced by a subsequent telephone update, which in this case was recorded after the 10/27 slide on Monday. If I had issued an emergency update early on Monday morning, it could only have been sent to e-mail subscribers, who then would have had to log on in order to see it anyway. If, on Monday morning, I had replaced the original telephone message which was recorded on Saturday, any 1st class subscriber who had not yet called in for the weekend update wouldn't have heard the original message with the rankings and advisories.
