Watch out for CAPS on warrants!!!!!

Not just PDL but also SCP and Minera MAI.

When PDL issued both warrants, the company capped how far up ghe stock could go on behalf of the warrant holder. Since onepath just covered this I am going to quote him:

DrBill....i agree and like both the A & B WT versions.My thought is i prefer the A WT. first as much lower strike with almost the same time.

Now the tricky part...they both have a CAP.The A's is $1.50 above the $4.25 strike and the B's is $1 above the $6.50 strike....so i think(but only nominally) that the A.WT should move much better earlier in the rally giving a chance to lever its sale into a purchase of the B WT. a little later."
