That's why I said older college students. Grad students or students who take a long time to get through college, or those who enter after taking a few years off. The younger college students (even seniors who didn't have such a delay) would apparently be allowed in their parents plan under the PPACA (of course even that would be changing plans so it doesn't fit under "if you like your plan you can keep it", although in some ways the parents plans would in many cases be better).
