Re: "Exactly when is the last time the CBO has been right." Well... just off the top of my head I can think of at least one. The formal macroeconomic projection that they made (at President Bush's request) in his first year when he was trying to get his tax and budget priorities through Congress proved to be spot-on! Hit the nail right over the head in their ten year projection.
