gasbj: 3 million shares are recklessly sold short in 60 days time and you say "nobody seems to have pinpointed the real problem"?

What do you think would happen to the stock price if someone bought 3 million shares on Monday without regard to price? It wouldn't matter if there were 0 products or 1,000 products. The point is that Coca-Cola once tried to also be in the movie business, but, very quickly realized that diworsification was not the direction to take with a successful "one brand" beverage company.

Fact of the matter is "nothing has changed with CYMI's great business", "nothing has changed with the strong fundamentals" and "nothing has changed with the strong demand for lasers". There is no *real* problem. It is a manufactured trader situation that so far has been a botched job on the part of Mr. Wild Reckless 3.6 Million Share Shorter Man.

Mr. Man has now gotten *in* to his position, but he has yet to close the deal. In the meantime, CYMI's business will continue its Tsunami-like earnings growth despite Mr. Man's predicament. Or should I say in spite of it. Getting *out* could prove to be a much more pleasant affair for all that hold CYMI stock and a very different excrutiating agony for Mr. Man.

Good Luck To Each And All
