There are, I think, a number of good provisions in the legislation that are worth keeping around. However, a full repeal followed by starting over with a more honest attempt seems like the best approach.

A series of smaller bills that address specific issues (like universal coverage) would make so much more sense. Perhaps they have to be debated over a five or six year period rather than trying to be crammed into an artificial 9 month time line.

And it has to be done under incompetent leadership which means it can't start 'til this fool is out of office.
