*********************** Our Future************************

I usually stick with fact, but I am going to predict the coming events here so that some can prepare for how IPM and this thread will be in the future. First, an explanation of some actions by some peripheral entities.

Coggins, Lumbert, Thall and Chatters are on a 'mission for God' -- they really believe the incorrect data that they hand out to the public. They are doing what they do with a mis-guided set of principles. All 4 are living in the past and like most folks their age -- they are not going to change. Chatters will be on this thread for months to come - long after any reasonable individual has accepted the inevitable and discarded out-moded beliefs. The real basis for many of the things that have happened to the company are directly due to Mason Coggins. He is firmly convinced that there are no metals on BRX. He told Schechter, the TSE and anybody else that would listen, that this company is a scam. The shorts have made a temporary mess of our trading because of what Coggins told everybody. The repercussion of Coggins' foolish actions are nearly over, the courts have silenced him. The shorts are going to get some bad news in the near future. The only real way to harm these people, other than the RICO act, is in their bill fold. They will not go away completely, however. They will be hovering over the stock for at least 6 months and will probably do pretty well at times. Lumbert's court cases will never come to fruition, the judges will throw them off the docket.

This stock will make many wealthy in the coming months. The traders will do very well,_ IF_ they play from the long side. The price action will be very volatile -- we will see $10 daily swings in both directions as the price moves higher. It will be months in the future before this thread is calm and rational. Unprincipled people will show up in large numbers - some short and some long. There is a lot of money at stake here and money draws all sorts.

These threads are much more powerful than most people believe. Hundreds of thousands of people read them. Even the fund managers use them. Much knowledge and conjecture is quickly transferred and it's easy to read bull-bear sentiment.

The big boys in the mining industry are about to catch on to 'the happenings in the desert.' Good and bad will come from them. At first they will try to squash these companies, that won't work as there's too much at stake. There will be some consolidation in the industry as we're swarmed over by out-siders. CHIP, for one will end up in a buy-out. A major staking race will commence in AZ, NV, and NM. CA has too many environmental hang-ups. I personally believe that AZ has more precious metals than any other single U S state. The largest single source of gold (in the U S) is located near Flagstaff in one deposit. The name of that deposit will be evident to all in the near future.

We are VERY fortunate to be allied with Bateman. They came to us and offered their services. They are the heavies in the mining industry. They have about 2600 employees and the infra-structure to support that sized organization. They are THE problem solvers in difficult mineralizations. I talk to a lot of people and one call to JCI ( Jo'berg Consolidated) convinced me that we are in the company of the best. I would think that they would be interested in a joint venture of some sort, once they think that the technology is at hand to deal with the material. That would be tempting to have the expertise and the $ to develop, all at the stroke of a pen. In the end, I think IPM will develop on their own.. Once IPM proves up their process with a good sized demo plant, the money will be easy to obtain. The process will evolve and may be a lot different by the time the production plant is on line.

The garbage that is going on right now is transitory and we will look back on the stock's price action as just another blip on the chart. A major change is taking place in the mining industry and those that understand it and move with it will profit in a big way. Those that try to stand in the way will be mauled by the on-coming train. The rest of the desert dirt stocks will benefit from IPM's work, but not to the same extent. The real difference is in the management - they're mining people and have the abilities to put all the problems behind us.

Much of the content, diligence, and thought in this note is CL's. He's watching all of the action as closely as ever and is involved in more ways than you know about. He bought more stock during this last week and hasn't changed his attitude one bit. Anybody that tries to defile him, doesn't know him or what he's all about.

Hang in there ..... As Wayne would say: WE'RE GONNA GET RICH !!!!!!!!!
