I appreciate the advice, but I don't think it's going to help me at all. Your response to my post was in essence flipping me the bird whether you did it by intent or not.Besides, all you and Bentway want me to do is blame Bush for my supposed troubles. Actually, I made some significant suggestions based on my background in the business. There's a lot you guys don't know, and that's by design. I see how the two of you are already using what little I revealed against me. Neither of you are close to being right by a longshot, but hey, for you and that cowardly troll, that's par for the course. Now we're getting paranoid. See how that works.....I give you some suggestions trying to help. As a winger, you don't trust anyone's motivations so you slapped me down. Bentway picks up on it and plays with you. Then he turns to me and at this point, I've got nothing to lose so I go along with it. And you become even more paranoid. Truth is no one could have predicted how bad the housing downturn has been.......well anyone not actively in the industry during those years would not know. I bought in 2007 and figured I was buying near the top of the market so I negotiated a very tough deal.....to the point where the sellers probably had me on a hit list and were not too friendly when we closed. Nonetheless, I never ever expected the debacle that ensued. So why would anyone expect you, an engineer at INTC, to finesse that kind of a market. That's just silly. Besides, I doubt you are that underwater if at all given that you bought in 2000 or 2002....even if it is a townhouse. Now the overpayment of those Japanese HSR tickets....that's a different story. You behaved like a typical uninformed, throw money at the problem American. You should be very ashamed. Then again, you probably make six figures so its not that big a deal. ;-)
