For the USA to pull itself up into a positive revenue stream there must be as much encouragement for innovative entrepreneurship as possible. In the development of new ideas you will find the pioneering spirit which developed America and which has sustained America through other tough periods. I would prefer to see private investors making such funding available but where they hesitate I don't want to see entrepreneurs held back. I would much rather see stimulus money spent in that direction than the way the money was spent on fake office jobs and unemployment. I just saw the 60 minute tape on the Bloom Energy Box, which claims it will be putting an efficient fuel cell power plant in each of our back yards within 5 to 10 years.
