I'd rather they spend it on business start ups and development than fake jobs and paying people to sit home on unemployment and on other people's mortgages, like they have been doing ... if that is a choice. With regards to the 'risky' loans part. People were loaned money for houses who had no demonstrable ability to handle those debts. I would like to see more oversight on this such as a viable business plan, with follow up to see that the funds are not misused.
