Oh Christ not another one......why don't you ask lane3 to help you.... or maybe google it yourself... I can quickly get a world map of all nations with national healthcare but I predict that there will be some detail that will not satisy you. So let's do it this way....you find a nation that doesn't have some form of national healthcare system which can include requiring everyone to buy their own.....I know Austria does this way And get off your soapbox....
