when i was in law school we studied re shopping malls rights to limit speech - although mall is practically a town. there were private police - rent a cops. so some commercial enterprise was running the fair. i know this was not wash d.c. i just was saying analogously that beck wanted to restrict signs.

We agree on something. I was angry when Bush banned "Worst President Ever" t-shirts from his speeches and they shouldn't ban "Obama/Hitler" signs or other racist/bigot stuff conservatives want to do. It is their right to be bigots. This is America.

dave, Knighty would have you believe the people who support planned parenthood's strategic african american community focus just love african american people... ...and the fact that 33% of their conceptions are temrinated! you won't hear that loving stat on msnbc (or fox or cnn!) - they like covert love. the founder of planned parenthood obviously loved those she affectionately referred to as "weeds." blackgenocide.org Knighty just loves spreading liberal disinformation. he never responded to all the african american tea party candidates i put before him and eventually he put me on ignore before he got a heavy dose of more! ;-) apparently, he can't just argue the politics, so he has to race bait ad hominem attack. it is as though the corporate controlled media (create serf division while feudal lords plunder the kingdom) has completely trained him from birth.
