Hi Petere.

Thanks for the white spaces article. I see the commission is holding fast to the database approach. What do you see this portending for startups seeking to roll out community-based networks, say, or where is there a fit for small operators with aspirations, even for business verticals, outside of those being pursued by the majors? Peter? Anyone?
