Belorussia and Estonia are missing

Perhaps a number of countries are missing. I just grabbed the first link I found. The point was not to identify with precision the countries that have some sort of national program but to illustrate orders of magnitude. Even if that list is off by a dozen, we still have three quarters of the countries in the world without it. Even allowing for variation in definition, the assertion, "the fact remains that most of the world has some form of national insurance, " is simply not true.
