That gas field has potential to cause conflict. I described ant wars in Spain once and this is the same situation. With such a big piece of cheese, they will fight for it. No doubt the Lebanese will do the usual thing and make absurd claims about what is rightfully "theirs". At this stage, I have no idea who should rightfully own it. But it suggests Peak Oil is not imminent. There is still a lot of the stuff in the ground waiting to be excavated. Mqurice
